Xbox 360 Console - HDMI input faulty - Pre Loved

Xbox 360 console 250GB (hdmi port not working but works fine on VGA)

Console works 100%.

New wired controller not original.

Power cable + block. (Fan loud at start up) 

Disc drive sometimes gets stuck and will need a push.
